Shopping Policy

Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to shop with DOTLIFE. The below terms & conditions (T&C) apply to your any purchase through DOTLIFE.

Order Processing

Order will be processed within 2-3 business days for any payment received. Although DOT LIFE does not guarantee same day delivery, we shall strive to do so whenever possible.


DOT LIFE shall not be liable in contract or in tort for any loss or damage suffered and consumer rights are limited to those set out in these terms and conditions and under the statute.

Order Cancellation

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact DOT LIFE as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. If you decide to cancel the order, we shall refund your payment after the cancellation approved. Administrative charges of 5% or minimum RM50 will be imposed to any order cancellation.

Goods Return

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We adhere to our Goods Return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subjected to our terms and conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective items shipped by DOT LIFE.
  • Customers are responsible to contact us within 24 hours from receiving the incorrect or defective items.
  • The item must ship back to DOT LIFE within 5 business days with the original invoice.
  • Item must be in its original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, warranty card(s), manual(s) and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • All returned item will be reviewed by DOT LIFE. Returns that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted and where applicable, customer may be charged with a fee. 
  • DOT LIFE reserves the right to reject the returning of the items.


Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we are more than happy to exchange the products within 7 days starting from the invoice date. To affect the return, please contact us via email at jeans@dpaper.com.my or by phone at +603 5569 2002 (Ext 191), Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays) from 9.30am – 5pm to inform us about the details of your transaction. You are responsible to return the product to DOT LIFE within 7 days with the original invoice. Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service to return the products to DOT LIFE at your own cost. All returns will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Non-conforming returns will be rejected. There will be administrative charges of 5% of product price or minimum RM50 whichever is higher.

Warranty Policy

Every product purchased from DOT LIFE is backed first by the product manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. Additional 10 days warranty will be given to all our customers after the payment made. Please ship the product back to DOT LIFE together with the printed copy of Invoice & Delivery Order.

Your warranty will be void and delivered back to you if the product have:

  • Been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions or
  • Been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair
  • Been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions for the product.

We’ll replace the product after received and verification.
